How to cancel Microsoft 365
Follow these steps to stop your Microsoft 365 subscription. Zeno tracks the renewal date so you can cancel before the next charge lands.

- Go to account.microsoft.com/services
- Find Microsoft 365 and click Manage
- Turn off Recurring billing, or click Cancel subscription
- Turning off recurring billing keeps access until the period ends
