How to cancel NordVPN

Follow these steps to stop your NordVPN subscription. Zeno tracks the renewal date so you can cancel before the next charge lands.

  1. Go to my.nordaccount.com and sign in
  2. Open Billing, then Subscriptions
  3. Turn off Auto-renewal (there is no instant cancel - disabling auto-renew stops future charges)
  4. If within 30 days, request a refund via live chat
  5. Confirm
