How to cancel Perplexity Pro
Follow these steps to stop your Perplexity Pro subscription. Zeno tracks the renewal date so you can cancel before the next charge lands.

- Go to perplexity.ai and sign in
- Open Settings (gear icon), then the Account section
- Click Manage Subscription, then Cancel
- Confirm cancellation
