How to cancel Slack Pro
Follow these steps to stop your Slack Pro subscription. Zeno tracks the renewal date so you can cancel before the next charge lands.

- Go to your workspace, then Settings & administration, then Billing
- Open the plan settings and choose to cancel / downgrade
- Switch the workspace to the Free plan
- Confirm - Slack credits unused time on annual plans
