How to cancel Zoom Pro

Follow these steps to stop your Zoom Pro subscription. Zeno tracks the renewal date so you can cancel before the next charge lands.

1. Go to zoom.us/billing and sign in
2. Under Current Plans, click Cancel Subscription
3. Choose to cancel at the end of the term
4. Confirm
