How to cancel Microsoft Copilot Pro

General steps. We haven't verified Microsoft Copilot Pro's exact cancellation flow yet. If a step doesn't match what you see, look for Billing or Subscription in your account settings.
- Go to Microsoft Copilot Pro and sign in
- Open Account, Profile, or Settings
- Choose Billing, Plan, Membership, or Subscription
- Select Cancel, Manage subscription, or Turn off auto-renew
- Confirm cancellation and save the confirmation email or screen
